HE EXTENDED THIS NATURAL LAW INTO ALL AREAS OF HUMAN RELATION TO SHOW HOW IT WILL WORK ONCE IT BECOMES A PERMANENT CONDITION OF THE ENVIRONMENT.
It is a book that details how life should be and what a world we would have if the teachings of Seymour Lessans were followed
AND THEY WILL BE, ONCE PEOPLE UNDERSTAND HOW THIS DISCOVERY CAN BENEFIT HUMANITY, BUT TO SAY THEY ARE LESSANS’ TEACHINGS IS A MISREPRESENTATION BECAUSE THEY DON’T BELONG TO HIM.
Much of his writing appears that of a statesman
HE WAS NOT A POLITICIAN–PHILOSOPHER. HOW COULD THIS REVIEWER (IN ALL HONESTY) CONFLATE THESE TWO LABELS? HE WAS NOT A POLITICIAN SO THE USE OF THIS WORD TO DESCRIBE HIM IS FLAGRANTLY FALSE. MUCH OF HIS READING DID INVOLVE PHILOSOPHY, BUT ON THE COPYRIGHT PAGE IT SAYS THAT ALTHOUGH THIS IS A WORK BASED ON PHILOSOPHICAL THOUGHT, IT IS FACTUAL, NOT PHILOSOPHICAL, IN NATURE.

THIS BOOK HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RUNNING A BUSINESS. IT IS ABOUT PREVENTING THE HURT THAT LEAVES PEOPLE WITHOUT THE NECESSITIES OF LIFE, ALONG WITH ALL FORMS OF POVERTY.

THIS CHAPTER IS NOT ABOUT ADOLESCENT SEX PER SE; IT IS ABOUT HOW THIS NATURAL LAW CAN PREVENT UNREQUITED LOVE FROM BREAKING OUR CHILDREN’S HEARTS.

SHE PULLED THIS EXCERPT OUT WITH NO CONTEXT WHATSOEVER.
…and Lessans’ view of how to improve our schooling of school age children
THIS CHAPTER SHOWS HOW A REVAMPING OF THE SCHOOL SYSTEM — BASED ON THESE PRINCIPLES — WILL CREATE A LOVE OF LEARNING WHERE NO STUDENT WOULD THINK OF CHEATING TO GET AHEAD.
The “Decline and Fall of All Evil” is a book full of aphorisms
THESE APHORISMS WERE USED TO MAKE THE BOOK EASIER TO UNDERSTAND; THE WAY SHE USED THE WORD MADE IT SOUND FLIMSY, ALTHOUGH IT MOST LIKELY WAS NOT DONE INTENTIONALLY.
that Lessans tries to prove for the benefit of the reader
HE DOESN’T TRY, HE PROVES THAT MAN’S WILL IS NOT FREE AND THE AMAZING BENEFITS FOR MANKIND WHEN WE EXTEND THE COROLLARY.
One point that Lessans makes is that our actions that we believe are based on free will are not

Lessans states that free will does not exist.
CORRECT.
He offers that most will disagree with his observation
TRUE, THE ILLUSION THAT WE HAVE FREE WILL IS STRONG, ALTHOUGH TIMES ARE SLOWLY CHANGING.
…but he makes a larger argument in support of his claim in that most beliefs are shrouded by the power of preemptive authority of false knowledge which is passed along to the masses as irrefutable truths. I would agree with that observation. Many discoveries are hampered because of the prevalence of false truths.

Seymour Lessans treatise is a read that presents many great ideas on how to change man’s behavior to benefit mankind as a whole. It is a very ambitious writing and one that is a mixture of logic

His purpose of writing this book was that he fervently felt his discoveries could have a profound effect on mankind
HE DIDN’T FEEL THAT HIS DISCOVERIES COULD HAVE A PROFOUND EFFECT ON MANKIND, — HE KNEW HIS DISCOVERIES WILL HAVE A PROFOUND EFFECT ON MANKIND ONCE THIS KNOWLEDGE IS UNDERSTOOD AND APPLIED ON A GLOBAL SCALE.
and if followed would lead to a more peaceful world
TRUE, A MORE PEACEFUL WORLD IS WITHIN OUR REACH AND CAN TAKE PLACE THE MOMENT THIS DISCOVERY IS CONFIRMED VALID BY LEADING AUTHORITIES.
If not for any other reason, the book is a great read just to reexamine our own beliefs and behavior and their consequences on the fragile world around us.
IT CAN BENEFIT THE READER PERSONALLY BUT TO BENEFIT THE ENTIRE WORLD THIS DISCOVERY MUST BE BROUGHT TO LIGHT, WHICH IS WHY WE NEED ALL THE HELP WE CAN GET BY PASSING THIS BOOK ALONG.
